Melissa Paules
Melissa first started with the company back in July of 1997. After leaving for a brief period to spend more time with her children, she returned to the company in September 2004. In her entire time with the company, Melissa has worked almost exclusively in our accounting office in numerous capacities. Most recently she has been responsible for everything from accounts receivable to human resources. She performed beautifully during the recent change up of health insurance companies. For those of you that don't know, switching health insurance companies amounts to a major logistical undertaking. It can be quite frustrating and Melissa handled herself with grace and composure throughout the entire process. Several associates have commented about her pleasant, willing to help demeanor.
Michael Moyer
Michael first joined our organization in February 2003. His time has been spent exclusively in our Hyundai service center as a technician. In Michaels 7+ years with the company, we have watched him mature to become one of the lead technicians in our young Hyundai service center. The past two years were filled with a lot of changes in our Hyundai shop. Many people respond negatively to change but not Mike, not in this instance. Mike has become a go to guy and he has worked diligently to improve his knowledge of the Hyundai product line. Under Rex Weaver's management with the help of Mike's leadership in the shop, our Hyundai service team has moved up to become the number 2 dealership in CSI ranking in the district. It's only a matter of time before we become number one.
Liz Huddle
Liz joined our organization back in May of 2002 and has worked almost exclusively in the Business Development Center. Starting as an associate responsible for everything from customer follow up to internet lead management, Liz was recently promoted to become responsible for the entire internet lead management operation. Together with her team, Liz is responsible for the timely, accurate response of customer inquiries coming to us by way of the telephone and internet. This is a growing, increasingly important part of our business and Liz has consistently shown that she is more than capable of leading our efforts. Dedication and excellence must run in the family. Liz joins her husband Kyle, now our Acura sales manager as an Associate of Excellence.
